ROTAVALVE LIGHT
- Rotovalve Light is a rotary valve for the pharmaceutical, chemical and food industry.
- This valve is designed to feed and continuously control the discharged flow. Thanks to rotary alternating motion, it helps the product to be discharged homogeneously.
Typical Applications
- Feeding of hoppers, packaging machines such as tablet presses in the pharmaceutical field
- Feeding of homogenizers in the food and chemical/cosmetic field
ROTOVALVE PLUS
- The Rotovalve Plus is designed to aid the feeding and volumetric dosing of bulk solid products.
- It is especially designed to be easily cleaned (CIP and SIP)

FLEXIVALVE
- FlexiValve is a valve with a silicone coated butterfly for the pharmaceutical, chemical and food industry.. This valve is designed to interrupt flow of fragile products such as capsules, tablets and all those elements that can be easily damaged by the movement of a steel butterfly.

- Feeding of machines for fragile products in the pharmaceutical and food field (feeding of capsule filling machines, blister packaging machines in the pharma world).
HIGH CONTAINMENT STERISPLIT
- SteriSplit is a high-containment butterfly valve designed to transfer powders in safety for sterile or potentially toxic products.
- It is made up two parts, active and passive, both provided with semi-butterfly and seal, which are coupled perfectly during the product transferring.

ROTOCRUSH
- It is a lump breaker Its output covers a flow rate ranging from a 750 kg/h minimum to a 3 t/h maximum. Tools are designed taking into consideration specific products.
- In the processing stage, the product is broken down by one or two rollers
Typical applications
- Thanks to its modular, compact construction, the crusher can also be employed as a pre-breaker in conjunction with a sieve, a mill, etc.
ROTODOSER
- Rotodoser is a solution designed for accurate dosing and consists of two concentric rotors of different volume individually operated, which determine product flow and dosing.
- The main rotor ensures continuous product flow while the secondary rotor ensures accurate dosing. (Rotors can be customized)
